‘Men of the Red Earth’ in remote WA

Men of the Red Earth coming to Point Samson and KarrathaStarring everyday blokes of the Pilbara, Men of the Red Earth is part of the groundbreaking 2013 season of the Ausdance initiative Future Landings, which aims to bring contemporary dance to the most remote destinations in Western Australia. This performance takes place in Point Samson on Wednesday 18 September, and Karratha on Friday 20 September.

John Frost’s ‘The King and I’ returns

The King and I returns to Australia in 2014Australian theatre producer John Frost recently announced that his Tony Award-winning production of The King and I is the next Rogers and Hammerstein masterpiece to be presented in Australia by the Gordon Frost Organisation and Opera Australia. It will open in Brisbane in April 2014, then visit Melbourne in June and Sydney in September.
