Sydney Eisteddfod Announces New Manager
The Board of Sydney Eisteddfod is delighted to announce the appointment of Ms. Annette Brown to the role of General Manager at Sydney Eisteddfod. Annette is currently the Orchestra Manager for Willoughby Symphony Orchestra, and will take up Sydney Eisteddfod duties beginning the 10th of January 2022.
Annette replaces current CEO, Piroozi Desai-Keane OAM. Piroozi has decided to retire from her CEO position at the end of this year after 15 years in this role, ending her 40-year involvement with Sydney Eisteddfod.
Piroozi Desai-Keane OAM has left an incredible mark on Sydney Eisteddfod in so many ways, and will continue to be a passionate supporter of the Festival for years to come. She will also continue work as a part-time Artistic Advisor for Sydney Eisteddford.
