WAAPA Dance Students present Kora

Kora will be presented by WAAPA students at Geoff Gibbs Theatre, ECU Mount Lawley this May 3rd to 9th. 

Kora is a compelling collection of exciting new works by international and Australian choreographers; Oded Ronen, Rachel Ogle, Amaury Lebrun and Kim McCarthy, performed by dance students in their second and third year of study with the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts

Israeli dancer and choreographer for the international Xpats Dance Project and a graduate of both LABAN and Bodyworks, Oded Ronen brings his unique take on urban and modern dance. From France WAAPA welcomes Amaury Lebrun, winner of the International Choreographic Competition and artistic director of the Amaury Dance Company. Brand new works by Australian choreographers Rachel Ogle and Kim McCarthy round out the program.
