Dance Central in NSW is online

Dance Central in NSW went online live on 6 April 2020, with your favourite Sydney teachers delivering their rare passion, style and moves straight to your living room.

The Dance Central Online schedule will change weekly so that they can deliver as many of their extensive styles as possible. They are also running special one-minute workouts every Tuesday and Thursday on Instagram with their favourite Fitness Phoebe. Click here and here to check out her first two sessions.
