Australian Dance Theatre January School Holiday Program
Australian Dance Theatre is once again offering opportunities for young artists these Summer School Holidays with a three-day workshop.
Taught by ADT Company Artists and guest teaching artists, the workshops invite young people to explore movement in a fun and open environment at ADT’s home, The Odeon.
Each workshop will have a different focus and includes warm up, skill development and creative dance activities inspired by the company’s repertoire and works in development.
The workshops are designed for all levels of dance experience and are taught in a fun and engaging environment. The sessions provide an opportunity for young audiences to connect with company and through the activities, engage with the themes and repertoire of the company.
ADT is offering two workshops, split into different age groups. The first workshop is for ages 8-12 and takes place January 15-17 from 9:30-11:30 am at The Odeon. The second workshop is for ages 13+ and takes place January 22-23 from 9:30 -11:30 am at The Odeon. Tickets are $25-60.
