Applications are open to join English National Ballet School

Applications to join English National Ballet School (ENBS) in September 2023 are now open. The deadline for applications is 11 December 2022, with final auditions held at English National Ballet School on 25 March 2023.  

ENBS is a specialist training centre for aspiring and highly talented young ballet dancers aged 16 to 19.  Auditions will also take place in Sydney (apply by 13 January 2023), Tokyo (apply by 11 December 2022), Hong Kong and Italy (dates TBC – visit website for more information). All auditions are by invitation only.

Viviana Durante, Artistic Director, said: “For more than 30 years, English National Ballet School has been one of a small number of specialist schools in the UK that attracts the finest talent from all over the world. In today’s increasingly varied and global dance environment, our role is to graduate classically strong dancers who are also versatile, intelligent interpretative artists.” 

ENBS graduates consistently secure contracts at some of the most prestigious ballet companies in the world, including English National Ballet, Birmingham Royal Ballet, Northern Ballet, Scottish Ballet, Atlanta Ballet ll, Bayerisches Staatsballett Munich, Cape Town City Ballet, Czech National Ballet, Dutch National Ballet Junior Company, Finnish National Ballet Junior Company, Joffrey Ballet Studio Company, National Ballet of Portugal, National Ballet of Romania, New English Ballet Theatre, Sarasota Ballet  and Tulsa Ballet to name a few.
