VDF Early Bird Discount Ends March 5!

This year’s VDF Dance Festival is taking place April 14-16 at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Attendees can enjoy two days of workshops, a Vitality Teacher Day, Ignite Showcase, Dance Market, and so much more! Returning this year, is VDF Mini Movers – classes especially geared towards mini movers ages 3-7 years delivered by leading international preschool syllabus. VDF is offering introductory classes in Babyballet, Acrobatic Arts, and an all new exclusive first for Australia – Creative Movers from Rambert Grades.  

The VDF Dance Market is alive with all your favourite dancewear brands. This year VDF is hosting their first ever VDF Fashion show, so you can see the latest lines and trends move across the dance floor.

Teachers can enjoy a “Teacher Sanctuary” on Saturday, April 15 from 9:15 am on. This is a place to retreat, re-energize, and re-activate. Guest speakers, practical workshops, a complimentary massage, activation stations with physiotherapists, and morning tea, make this an oasis of calm for teachers attending VDF. Please note that access to the Teacher Sanctuary is complimentary with your VDF Vitality Teacher Ticket.

If you’re hoping to further your dance career with an audition, VDF is proud to host Joffrey Ballet School, Royal Caribbean, and Norwegian Cruise auditions onsite during the festival. Pre-registration is needed to attend.

Artistic Director Yvette Lee has begun announcing this year’s teacher line-up, and it is not one to miss!
