Sydney dancers make Janet Jackson tribute

Have you seen this sizzlin’ video featuring Sydney dancers? Late last month just before Christmas, a new tribute video for Janet Jackson was dropped by four Sydney-based choreographers. Watch it below!

Janet Jackson, a music and dance icon, has long served as an inspiration for dancers all over the world. But her song “BURNITUP!” featuring Missy Elliott really lit a fire within Melanie Louise, Michel Beirouthy, Jess Innes and Daryl Morante when it was released in September, leading the quartet to collaborate on a dance video.

With over 40 Sydney dancers, the team set out to various Sydney locations to film, from the Harbour Bridge to the back streets of Newtown to the architectural beauty of CBD to the gorgeous Bondi Beach.
