Spectrum Full Time Auditions for 2019 Intake

Applications are now open for one of Melbourne’s ultimate dance courses! Spectrum Dance offers students the opportunity to excel through specialised teaching techniques whilst focusing on individual student development in a challenging, creative and motivating environment. Offering nationally accredited courses and certificates in Dance and Musical Theatre, Spectrum Dance hosts auditions throughout the year at its studios, located at 14-18 Banksia Street, Burwood.

Courses include the Spectrum Professional Program, a Certificate III in Dance, a Certificate IV in Dance, a Diploma of Musical Theatre and a Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance).

Students will study traditional dance styles like classical ballet, jazz, tap and hip-hop as well as advanced commercial dance techniques, acrobatics, Pilates, partnering, lyrical, vocal development, drama, stagecraft, on-camera performance skills, theatrical make-up and hairstyling, show business skills and business management.

Teachers include Co-Directors Trish Squire-Rogers and Katie Molan-Rappel, plus Stephen Wheat, Vanessa Hill, Oleg Timursin, Bec Fairey, Michael Ralph, Anthony Pepe, Elly Creevey, Freya List, Yvette Lee and many others.
