Open Day & Auditions at The Space

The Space Dance & Arts Centre in Melbourne offers numerous full time dance courses, including a Certificate IV in Dance, a Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance) and a RPL Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance).

Auditions are coming soon – with the first Early Audition on Sunday, August 23 at 3 p.m., just after the Open Day event from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Main Audition is scheduled more than a month later on Thursday, October 8 at 6 p.m. The final Late Audition will be held Thursday, December 17 at 6 p.m.

Under the expert guidance of Artistic Director Adam Wheeler, Full Time Dance at The Space offers accredited, multi-genre, professional training programmes with a strong focus on technique, performance and choreography.

Classes include contemporary, jazz, ballet, hip-hop, lyrical, acro, production, le bop (modern jive), singing and acting. Teachers include Kim Adam, Jack May, Nicole Melloy, Kalman Warhalf, Frankie Snowdon, Nikki O’Shea, Phillipa Condous, Ariel Bud, Simon Lee and many others.
