Kelly Aykers Full Time Dance, in partnership with Registered Training Organisation Australian Teachers of Dancing, offers nationally recognised pre-professional dance qualifications designed to prepare students for careers in the ever-evolving dance industry. Intake auditions for the 2026 school year have just been announced!
Led by iconic director Kelly Aykers—whose 40+ years in the industry bring invaluable insight and mentorship—the Melbourne-based institution combines elite dance training with comprehensive theoretical study. The renowned courses are delivered by active industry professionals, ensuring students receive current and practical education.
Courses include:
- Elite Dancer’s Course: A rigorous, technique-focused program designed for dedicated dancers aiming for professional careers.
- CUA40120 Certificate IV in Dance: A foundational, nationally accredited program that serves as the first step toward the Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance).
- CUA40320 Certificate IV in Dance Teaching and Management: Perfect for aspiring educators, blending strong technical training with teaching skills and business knowledge.
- Diploma of Dance (Elite Performance): An advanced, audition-based course that deepens technical mastery and industry readiness.
- Diploma of Musical Theatre: A comprehensive program covering dance, acting, singing, and stagecraft—ideal for future stage performers.
Auditions for 2025 entry will be held Sunday, June 1, with private and video auditions also available.
Scholarships for male and female dancers are on offer. Interstate and international students are welcome to apply.
