FORM Dance Projects Silent Auction

FORM Dance Projects is hosting an online silent auction which will raise funds to enable them to continue their work in supporting independent Australian dance artists and young dance talent of Western Sydney and beyond.

The items for auction include a donation from celebrated photographer Régis Lansac OAM. Two Feet (1989) features Lansac’s long-time collaborator and partner, legendary choreographer and dancer Meryl Tankard AO, and is the first print of a set of 25. This piece is a true treasure and an exceptionally rare piece of Australian dance history.

Other unique items include donated pieces of music by Australia’s “most popular” contemporary composer. These one-page scores were written and composed by Elena Kats-Chernin AO in response to dancers’ solos, created under choreographer Meryl Tankard’s direction for KAIROS, commissioned and produced by FORM Dance Projects (presented by Sydney Festival 2023).

Winners will be announced at 8:30pm on 1 December, 2022 and contacted via email/phone.
