Finalists set for 2024 Dance of Champions, taking place this Sunday
The 2024 Sydney Eisteddfod Dance of Champions takes place this Sunday, 8 September, 5.00pm, at The Concourse Concert Hall, Chatswood.
It’s the final dance event of Sydney Eisteddfod 2024 – and what a spectacle it promises to be! The Dance of Champions, taking place for the 7th time, recognises the best dance groups in the land. 16 finalists will perform at The Concourse Concert Hall this Sunday, September 8, in front of a live audience and adjudicators, dance professionals Danielle Evrat and Ryan Sheppard. The event will be compered by Shaun Parker.
Dance of Champions finalists are competing for two awards, both worth $4,000. One is the Jury Vote Winner (selected by the adjudicators) and the other is the People’s Choice Winner (voted for by the audience). The afternoon also includes Guest Performances by Ev & Bow Youth Company, and Burns Bay Dance Studio’s Special Olympics. Some tickets are still available, book here.
