Entries Open for RAD’s DANCE Fest ‘26

The Royal Academy of Dance is thrilled to welcome dancers from across the country to be part of DANCE Fest ‘26 – South Australia’s biggest and brightest Summer School. This dynamic four-day holiday workshop is designed to inspire, challenge, and energize young dancers, offering the chance to train with a leading Australian faculty across a wide variety of styles: classical ballet, contemporary, lyrical, jazz, Broadway jazz, tap, commercial, and hip hop.

In 2026, DANCE Fest ‘26 will run from Monday 5 – Thursday 8 January at AC Arts – Light Square, with four full days of classes from 9:00 am – 4:15 pm.

DANCE Fest ‘26 is excited to facilitate a unique opportunity to take classes with Lisa Pavane, former Principal Artist with The Australian Ballet and former Director of The Australian Ballet School. She is joined by Chylie Cooper, Chymz Angeles, Jenni Guest, Maddie MacArthur, and Danika Roach, with more to be announced.

DANCE Fest is catered to two age groups: Juniors and Seniors. Juniors (ages 7-12) is designed to nurture developing dancers in a supportive and fun environment. Seniors (ages 13-18) offers intensive training and performance-focused classes to extend and inspire.

Whether you’re looking to strengthen your technique, try something new, or simply fuel your passion for dance, this program is the perfect way to start the year.
