Energetiks joins Fashion Revolution Week
Energetiks is participating in Fashion Revolution Week (April 23-29, 2018) by sending customers information about their manufacturing processes and supplier chains, and reinforcing their commitment to remain an Australian made brand. 98% of Energetiks’ garments are being made in Australia, using Australian fabrics. Energetiks’ manufacturers and textile mills uphold Australian standards in fair working conditions and environmental impact reduction.
“Our commitment to making products of Australia is central to our identity and allows us to offer our customers garments that meet their needs as athletes, artists and conscious consumers,” said Energetiks CEO Karen Tsonidis. “We started this brand to create the best quality dance and activewear possible. Being Australian made means we can carefully oversee our processes and maintain the integrity of our corporate, social and environmental responsibilities.”
To produce ethical dance and activewear Energetiks makes nearly all of its garments in Australia using Australian fabrics. It uses an Australian garment manufacturer that upholds Australian standards of fair working conditions and wages. It also uses an Australian fabric mill that holds global environmental accreditation and follows strict guidelines for reducing impacts such as chemical waste and water use.
Overall, Energetiks has been producing Australian made dance and activewear for almost 30 years. Shop its ethical active fashion at www.energetiks.com.au.
