Ausdance ACT presents a Masterclass with The Australian Ballet
Ausdance ACT is delighted to announce a special masterclass hosted by The Australian Ballet as part of the Canberra Theatre Centre’s 60th Anniversary Celebration.
This exclusive session will be led by a world-class repetiteur, a former professional dancer from The Australian Ballet, offering participants a unique opportunity to refine their technique and artistry. Guided by an expert who trains and prepares The Australian Ballet Company dancers for their performances, students will gain invaluable insights to elevate their skills.
The masterclass will feature a comprehensive program, including barre, centre practice, and travelling sequences, followed by an engaging Q&A session with the instructor. It will take place on Monday, 23 June, from 3:30 pm to 5:00 pm at the Canberra Theatre Centre, with entry through the Courtyard Studio. This class is designed for intermediate to advanced dancers aged 14 and older, including adult and independent dancers.
