Adelaide Fringe now accepting applications for 2013 Honey Pot Program
Australia’s largest arts festival, Adelaide Fringe, is now welcoming presenters, producers and programmers to apply for the 2013 Honey Pot Program.
The one-of-a-kind program allows Adelaide Fringe officials to individually tailor each applicant’s experience by pointing them toward the artists and companies that best match the applicant’s tastes and interests. Essentially, the Honey Pot Program plays “cupid” between the presenter, producer or programmer and the event’s performing artists.
Fringe officials explain that this is an invaluable service for applicants because there are opportunities for accommodation support, networking at all levels, complimentary tickets, VIP Fringe club entry and more.
The program’s goal is to facilitate the building of long-term genuine relationships between participating festival artists and arts industry professionals. The hope is to create opportunities for works beyond the Adelaide Fringe.
For more information on the Honey Pot Program email b.hellyer@adelaidefringe.com.au. Applications are due no later than Dec. 10. To apply, visit www.adelaidefringe.com.au/honeypot-apply.
