Classical Ballet programme in NSW AustraliaThe McDonald College, a co-educational performing arts day and boarding school, will soon host one of its “Open Mornings”, where prospective students and their parents can tour the school campus and its performing arts facilities.

Located in North Strathfield, an inner western suburb of Sydney, NSW, The McDonald College has a renowned Classical Ballet programme. Plus, its Dance Department allows students in both the Junior School and the Secondary School to enjoy technique classes in contemporary, classical ballet, jazz, lyrical jazz, tap and hip-hop.

The next Open Morning is scheduled for Thursday, May 4 and registrations are now available. The McDonald College invites you to join them to discover why their students “love coming to school each and every day.” Tours begin at 9:30 a.m. and generally conclude by midday.

Marketing Manager Shauna Maguire told Dance Informa, “Prospective dance students can experience the immersive culture of the College through an Open Morning as they get to see our students working in performing arts spaces with their teachers, including our iconic studios. These tours allow new families to experience the history of the College, which has launched the careers of dancers from The Australian Ballet, Royal Ballet School, Sydney Dance Company and more.”
