‘Shadowland’ touring to Adelaide

Shadowland, the groundbreaking new performance by internationally acclaimed dance troupe Pilobolus, returned to Australia in early August. It embarked on a national tour on August 2, visiting Perth, Melbourne, regional VIC and Brisbane. Soon it will tour to Canberra and Sydney before finishing in Adelaide on September 7-10.   

A fusion of shadow theatre and dance, Shadowland uses dynamic screens to produce a show that blends projected images and front-of screen contemporary choreography. Dreamlike sequences sit alongside acrobatics to create indelible images that are “unexpected and revelatory.”
