Peridance Capezio Center in NYC welcomes students from abroad

Pilates class for International Student Open ProgramPeridance Capezio Center is beloved as one of New York City’s best dance training facilities, with students from abroad particularly enjoying its International Student Open Program. Besides this, the organisation also offers the following courses: a two-year Certificate Program; a Seminar Program; a Limón Professional Studies Program; a Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Teacher Training Program; and a Steele Pilates Mat Certification Program.

The International Student Open Program is designed as a four-year renewable program that may be initially applied for in 3, 6 or 12-month sessions. In this program, students are required to take 52 classes per month.

The Certificate Program, which requires half the time (only two years), is designed for serious dancers between 17 and 25 years old who want to invest in an intense, collegiate-level training program.

On the other hand, the brand-new Seminar Program is designed for students of all levels. It’s a 6-month course that consists of two weekly seminar classes with additional weekly dance classes chosen from Peridance’s open class schedule.  The Seminar Program starts the first day of every month.

In addition, the Center offers the Limón Professional Studies Program in collaboration with The Limón Institute. This unique 9-month program (or 12-week Fall and Spring Intensives) is for students to deeply focus and train in Limón’s technique and repertory.

To get the newest trending certification to become a Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis Teacher choose from a 6-month or 9-month term to learn how to be an instructor.

Lastly, the Steele Pilates Mat Certification Program helps participants become stronger, more confident and financially secure by gaining the tools, exercises and discipline to teach and perform the Pilates Mat Exercise Series.
