JCMOD announces auditions for 2016 entry

Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance has announced audition dates for its 2016 Full Time Courses. The school offers a CUA50113 Diploma in Dance (Elite Performance) and a CUA50213 Diploma of Musical Theatre. Both are two-year programs and are nationally accredited. Plus, eligible students may receive government financial assistance.

Auditions for the Diploma of Musical Theatre are set for Saturday, September 19. The next day, Sunday, September 20, presents auditions for the Diploma in Dance (Elite Performance). All auditions will take place at Jason Coleman’s Ministry of Dance in North Melbourne.

JCMOD faculty includes Jason Coleman, Jackie Scott, Laura Brougham, Samantha Dashwood, Adrian Ricks, Deb Mitchelmore, Yvette Lee, Troy Phillips, Dana Jolly, Michael Ralph, Kim Adam, Arna Singleton, Phill Haddad and Vince Calingasan. Further support offered to students includes ongoing guidance and support from onsite physiotherapists, a sports coach, a psychologist and a nutritionist.

All dancers will train in jazz, ballet, tap, contemporary, hip-hop, musical theatre, acrobatics, drama, singing and deportment, with more specialised classes according to their diploma choice.
