International Summer School will return to The McDonald College in 2021

International Summer School will return to The McDonald College from 11-15 January 2021. Suitable for ages 7-20, ISS is a dance program designed for all skill levels, ranging from recreational to the pre-professional dancer.

Over five exciting days, students will explore both their technique and artistic potential through a variety of diverse classes led by an esteemed teaching faculty including:

• Christian Tátchev – Queensland Ballet Academy Director

• Paul Boyd – Queensland Ballet Academy

• Jane Devine – Formerly with The Royal Ballet, English National Ballet and The Royal Ballet School

• Charles Andersen – Hong Kong Ballet

• Billy Keohavong – The Human Expression Dance Company, Ev & Bow, Sydney Dance Company, Brent Street

• Rachael Beck – Barnum, The Sound of Music, Les Miserables

• Shannon Ryan – Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts

ISS Senior and Pre-Professional Students will have the exclusive opportunity to audition for the Queensland Ballet Academy. Details to be announced shortly.
