ADT to host Youth Workshops, Auditions soon

Australian Dance Theatre (ADT) is offering its School Holiday Workshops soon! On January 23 and 24, youth aged 7-12 can take part in a fun, exciting and creative program at ADT’s Norwood-based studios. 

Taught by the professional dancers of ADT, these workshops seek to “explore physical limits, inspire creativity and hone specific ADT skills”. Designed for the beginner or experienced dancer, this opportunity can provide a relaxed environment for young people to “improve their technique, be active and learn cool dance routines”.

In addition, ADT is offering a Boys Only Workshop the day before — Tuesday, January 22. Meant for young boys who are new to dance or have always wanted to give it a go, this workshop will also take place at ADT’s Norwood-based studios. It’ll be led by ADT’s professional male dancers and help boys explore self-expression, creativity, comradeship and respect.
